Information that we publish is on a best reasonable effort basis. Although we make every effort to assure that our prices and products are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it. Small parts or bundles are usually in stock and can be in the shipping company's system within 24 hours during normal business days since there is no additional manufacturing required, subject to payment method restrictions.
The application specific whistles, such as an Aster Hudson Tank Resonator, are usually made to order. Any item requiring manufacturing is put into a production queue. Manufacturing operates on a best reasonable effort basis to work through the queue. Delivery of some complex portions of whistle assemblies can take up to 30 days from time of order.

Prices in United States Dollars except where otherwise noted. International currency exchange rate can cause wide swings in prices for exports and imports.
Methods:
Checks must be in US Dollars drawn on a US Bank. Personal checks require two (2) weeks to clear after receipt before product will be shipped. The upside is that you are in the build queue and your order is being fulfilled.
Returned check charge is $40, and we will not be happy campers.

A handling fee is charged to cover the cost of the financial transaction and the instance costs. Direct charging per order seemed an easier and more equitable way of covering this expense instead of building it into the cost structure.
Products shipped prepaid only. No C.O.D shipping charges. Products shipped insured. On orders for under $100 of merchandise, this is usually included in the shippers rate. Preferred to ship with methods that have a tracking number that can be used to track the package through delivery. All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Our choice is shipping by UPS (United Parcel Service). For the continental US UPS Ground. We like UPS because the package is assigned a tracking number as soon as we present it to their system, and can be tracked from there through delivery.
We aren't saying that the USPS is bad. Larry and I send things back and forth using it, usually in 2 to 3 days between Illinois and California. It is just that I don't know where the shipment is between the time the Post Office gets it, and it arrives at the destination. If it doesn't arrive, then what?
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can't go by UPS Ground. :-(
Shipping to Canada and Australia is by USPS (United States Postal Service). That is what people who live there say to do.
Anywhere else is buyers choice, it's your nickel.
All export, import, duties, fees, broker charges are the buyers responsibility and not included in the pricing.
Invoices and shipping papers are marked at the actual price. Don't ask us to lie. We can take advice on what to mark the package as within reason. Such as Model parts or Model kit, but NOT GIFT.
Illinois Sales tax of 7.25% is added to all orders shipping to Illinois.
No material will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise, you must contact EBT by telephone for a Return Authorization. C.O.D. Returns will not be accepted. No return of altered items. Returns are with authorization only, pre-paid shipping. Returns for non-warranty purposes are subject to a minimum 10% inspection and restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in salable condition, in it's original packaging and condition. All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
